VLC 1.0.0 is out

VLC is one of my favorite Open Source tools.  It's  a media player that comes with a ton of codecs and features.  It's been particularly useful to me playing video streams, capturing stills from video files and converting videos from one format to another.  It's a very cool and useful tool that should be in everyone's toolbox.
